The short version: the only personal information collected is what you type into the contact form, and it is only used to reply to you.

What is collected
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, plus the optional piece you're asking about. Nothing else is requested, and there are no user accounts on this site.
How the form works
The contact form is handled by Netlify Forms, which is part of the hosting platform this site runs on. Your submission is forwarded by email to the site owner. Netlify's handling is covered by their own policy at netlify.com/privacy.
If you text instead
Texting goes directly to a personal mobile number and is not processed by this website at all. Your number and messages are held in that phone, and are only used to reply to you.
Payments
If you pay for an order through this site, the payment is processed by Stripe on their own secure pages. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website. This site only links out to a payment page Stripe hosts. Stripe's handling is covered by their own policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Payments
This site does not take payments and never handles card details. Payment for a piece is arranged directly with you after you get in touch.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask for your message and details to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just get in touch.
